It seems like people are rushing here there and everywhere getting ready for all the events during this time of year. There are gifts to be purchased, food to be bought, and packages to be mailed. I believe that it is impossible to see people clearly during this time because they are rushing so quickly around that all one can see is a blur.
I do hope that you can slow down long enough to actually enjoy as many moments of the season that you can. There are beautifully decorated trees, colorful lights, choirs singing, and children with a look of anticipation in their eyes. There are the tastes of peppermint candy canes and chocolate candies, scents of pine trees and warm cider, and the sounds of choirs and cheerful greetings of the season.
I cannot afford to give you a gift this year other than jotting things on this blog from time to time. Perhaps you can sense the joy that I have for the season and I hope that you can pass it on as well. It can be contagious.
I'll try to keep up the blogging during the next few weeks even if it is a few lines here and there. Take things easy. Spread the cheer.
Your Nashville Friend,
Thom

Hey Thom, I guess I'll be staying here in town Christmas week. Hope you have a great holiday. I'm gonna rest. How is your efforts going to produce an audio podcast?
I am still struggling with how to post an audio file on here. I'll restart my efforts in January to start the New Year.
Thanks for wondering, Nick. Hope that you have an excellent week.
